Shipping policy

All artworks are produced to order and shipped directly from our professional production partners.
Production time
Production generally requires 3 to 5 business days before shipment.
Production times are estimates and may be extended by seasonal demand, material availability, quality-control requirements, or other production conditions.
Shipping time
After production is complete, standard shipping generally requires an additional 5 to 8 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, oversized handling, address issues, seasonal volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery time.
Shipping area
Mac Beach Studio currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping availability is determined at checkout. Orders cannot be completed where no shipping option is offered.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is included in the listed product price for eligible United States orders.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Tracking information is available upon request for eligible shipments.
All artworks measuring 40 × 40 inches or larger are shipped with tracking and require delivery confirmation. A signature may also be required depending on the carrier, shipment value, and delivery service.
Packaging
Each artwork is professionally packaged for transit using materials appropriate to its size, weight, and presentation type.
Larger works may require reinforced packaging or crating.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a working telephone number where requested for delivery coordination.
Mac Beach Studio is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
Damage in transit
Inspect the package and artwork promptly upon delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the exterior packaging
- Clear photographs of the interior packaging
- Clear photographs of the artwork and damage
- A description of the issue
Keep all packaging until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.
Eligible damage claims will ordinarily be resolved through replacement of the same artwork, material, size, and edition, subject to production availability.
